A community minded individual who gets satisfaction from helping youth, Anisha Fontaine hails from the south- eastern village of Petite Savanne. Miss Fontaine, a former French and Economics student of the Clifton Dupigny Community College, is interested in pursuing a degree in Education with an emphasis on early childhood education. An ardent sports person. Anisha works assiduously among the youth in her community organizing shows and chairing youth activities. Anisha describes herself as a cultural enthusiast and cites her love for anything traditional. Miss Fontaine views her participation in this year's carnival celebrations as an opportunity to contribute to the island's cultural development and to help promote Dominica as the ultimate carnival destination.
